Our goal is complete Customer Satisfaction.

   We work very hard to make sure that every order is correct with no defective items and sent out in a timely manner. If you do experience a problem, please E-mail us immediately at customerservice@firstaidkitproducts.com so that we can work together to resolve whatever it is.

   Non-Defective Returns are accepted within 18 days from the time the order is placed, as long as the products are returned in the same resellable condition, complete and unused, as deemed by us. Shipping charges are not refundable. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
   If an item(s) is defective, we will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item that is defective will be replaced; not the entire first aid / survival kit. Do not return the entire first aid kit, if only one item is defective.
   E-mail us for a Return Authorization Number and your reason for the return so that we can work together to resolve the problem.

   If UPS damages an item during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS directly. We include $100. insurance, but if you wish to have more than $100, it must be paid for in advance. Please contact us before we ship your order.
   If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
   Dealer, Bulk Sales and Special orders are not refundable.
   Remember, Once your order has shipped, we have no further control over it.

   By law, Food and Water products cannot be returned for re-sale, therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.
