First Aid Kit Products shipping information

We ship to the continental USA and Canada only. However you will find some items are marked "ship to US only" Please be aware of these.

For delivery to Canada, please be aware that there may also be additional customs, PST and GST charges associated with your order when it reaches the International border.

We do our best to ship all orders the same day as the order is received. Depending of the time the order was received (Pacific time) all orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.
All shipments are sent UPS from our warehouse in California, USA

Business days in transit for your order to arrive from First Aid Kit Products

Your shipping charge will be exactly what UPS charges us. We do not inflate shipping rates. To find your exact shipping cost for any item or items, Click "Add to Cart" for that item and fill in your address. The shipping charges will be shown before entering any credit card information.

There is however, a "small order" handling fee. Due to our low wholesale pricing, it is necessary to help offset the cost of processing and packaging small orders.

For all orders under $20, there is a small order handling fee of $10 added to the total.
For all orders between $20 and $30, there is a small order handling fee of $5 added to the total.

To avoid any additional handling charges, please ensure that your total order (not including shipping) is more than $30.

First Aid Kit Products shipping and returns information

We will do our very best to ship your order in a timely fashion, issue you an order tracking number and respond quickly to any questions or concerns that you have.

Please remember that our offices and warehouse are closed on weekends and all holidays.

Sometimes shortages may occur with certain fast moving products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify you by the next business day. We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together to lower the shipping charges.
All risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier (normally UPS). Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining insurance if desired.

Sales Tax:
State sales tax will be charged for all deliveries in California at the rate of 7.25%.

Indemnification:
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold First Aid Kit Products harmless from all claims, demands, liabilities, and obligations including attorney fees for injuries and/or death of any person and loss of or damages to property by whosoever owned products sold from direct or indirect purchases.
