 Shipping First Aid Kit Products Shipping Information


    We ship to the continental USA, APO and Canada only.  However you will find some items are marked "ship to US only" Please be aware of these.

   For delivery to Canada, please be aware that there may also be additional customs, PST,  GST or HST charges associated with your order when it reaches the International border. Allow additional time for your order to clear international customs

   We do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible. With the recent unprecedented natural disasters that have occurred both here in the USA and around the world, demand for First Aid and Medical supplies has increased 10 fold.

   For US Military addresses, please E-mail us for exact shipping costs. Give us the complete address, the SKU of the item and quantity required. We will reply with total costs.


   Please be assured that your order will be assembled, packaged and moved to our shipping department with the up-most haste, but please allow a minimum 5 to 7 working days for your order to ship. We are closed weekends, holidays and the week between Christmas and New Years.

   Please be aware that immediately following any major disaster there will be a huge increase in orders. Unfortunately orders will take longer to ship under these circumstances. We extend our commitment to get your order to you as soon as possible.

   Your shipping charge will be exactly what UPS charges us.  We do not inflate shipping rates.  To find your exact shipping cost for any item or items, Click "Add to Cart" for that item and fill in your address.  The shipping charges will be shown before entering any credit card information. If no shipping costs are shown, please E-mail us for a shipping quote.

    There is however, a "small order" handling fee. Due to our low wholesale pricing, it is necessary to help offset the cost of processing and packaging small orders.

  • For all orders under $20, there is a small order handling fee of $12.95 added to the total.
  • For all orders between $20 and $35, there is a small order handling fee of $8.95 added to the total.
    To avoid any additional handling charges, please ensure that your total order (not including shipping) is more than $35. We are sure that you can find another product or two that you or your family could use.
First Aid Kit Products shipping and returns information

   We will do our very best to ship your order in a timely fashion, issue you an order tracking number and respond quickly to any questions or concerns that you have.

  Please remember that our offices and warehouse are closed on weekends and all holidays. 

   Sometimes shortages may occur with certain fast moving products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify you by the next business day. We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together to lower the shipping charges.
   All risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier (normally UPS). Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining insurance if desired.   

Sales Tax:
   State sales tax will be charged for all deliveries in California at the rate of 7.25%.

 

Indemnification:
   The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold First Aid Kit Products harmless from all claims, demands, liabilities, and obligations including attorney fees for injuries and/or death of any person and loss of or damages to property by whosoever owned products sold from direct or indirect purchases.

 

Credit Card Charges:
   First Aid Kit Products is not responsible for any charges or fees levied by a customer’s financial institution to complete an on-line purchase.

 

Order Cancellations:
    If you wish to cancel an order that has already been processed, but not as yet shipped; a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. This is to help cover some of the many costs associated with processing your order



  

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:

  A $25 administrative fee will be charged on all credit card charge-backs found in error.
  Quite frankly it takes time and resources to research credit card charge-backs so please be sure of your charge-back before submitting it. If the charge-back has already occurred by the time we research it the card will be charged again for the original purchase plus the $25 administrative fee.
